Long known for our finest glass and glass products over the years, we were established in the 2002, and over the decade have developed into servicing the competitive needs of the construction industry.
From merchant trading that started over 150 years ago in Dar-es-salaam by our fore fathers, to our father who started “ Meru Hardware Mart “ in 1967 to the present Glasstech, the journey with wealth of experience, market knowledge, business values and expertise has today transformed us into a company leading in its field.

Lodges & Camps
Tempering puts the outer surfaces into compression and the interior into tension. Such stresses cause the glass, when broken, to shatter into small granular chunks instead of splintering into jagged shards as ordinary annealed glass does. The granular chunks are less likely to cause injury.
